Read Before Ordering

1.Notification of Out-of-Stock and Failed Deliveries:

Please ensure you promptly check your email and phone messages. In the event that a product is out of stock or a delivery fails, we will notify you through email or phone call (Phone number: +86). Failed deliveries will be held at the local post office for 7 days. It is essential to collect your package within this timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the post office disposing of the package. If you do not respond to the 'Pick Up Inform' email and phone call within 7 days, the package will be considered abandoned.

2. Non-Receipt of Packages:

If you haven't received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, please email us at help@flaxmaker.com with your Full Name and Order Number. We'll promptly investigate the issue and assist you.

3. International Orders and Taxes:

Please be aware that taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the destination country's customs authority may destroy the package.
If the package is destroyed due to the client's refusal to pay taxes and duties, Flaxmakerswim will not be held accountable.

Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for packages that are destroyed due to unpaid taxes and duties.

    4. Warehouse Locations and Returns:

    We operate two warehouses globally, one in China and one in the United States. You have the flexibility to choose the most convenient warehouse for returns.

    Shipping Status & Delivery Time:

    We are dedicated to dispatching your packages promptly every day. Estimated delivery dates are influenced by factors such as destination address, selected shipping options, and the time required for assembly and preparation of your items. You can calculate delivery estimates by adding the processing time for your order to the shipping time based on your chosen method.Please note that during high-volume or sale periods, there might be slight delays in processing your order.

    Receiving Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

    1.Order Processing Time :

    The processing time for your order depends on the duration of the quality check, packaging, and stock status of the individual product. Typically, it takes 1-4 business days to process your order (although some items may require 3-7 business days or longer). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. If you haven't received a shipping notice after 7 days, please email us.

    Delivery Time:
    Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are estimates. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, please understand that unexpected delays can occur. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, especially during high-volume periods.

    Delivery Attempts:
    If you're not at home to receive your package, the carrier will assess the situation for safe delivery. If it's not possible, they will leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or pickup at your local post office.

    Taxes & Duties

    Taxes & Duties for International Orders:
    Please be aware that international orders may incur taxes and duties. It's important to note that all customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer. If these charges apply to your order, they must be paid for your package to clear customs.

    Reducing Import Duties:
    To minimize import duties, we declare a lower value of $10-20 USD for each order. However, the exact amount is determined by destination customs. Customs agents have the right to release or deny your package and may also delay or reject delivery in rare cases.

    Refusal of Taxes & Duties:
    If you choose not to pay taxes and duties, the destination country may destroy the package. Flaxmakerswim will not take responsibility for packages destroyed due to refusal to pay taxes and duties. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for destroyed packages.
