Read Before Ordering

1.Notifications of Out-of-Stock and Failed Deliveries:

Please ensure you promptly check your email and phone messages. In the event that a product is out of stock or a delivery fails, we will notify you through email or phone call (Phone Number: +86). Failed deliveries will be held at the local post office for 7 days. It is essential to collect your package within this timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the post office disposing of the package. If you do not respond to the 'Pick Up Inform' email and phone call within 7 days, the package will be considered abandoned.

2. Non-Receipt of Packages:

If you haven't received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, please email us at help@flaxmaker.com with your Full Name and Order Number. We'll promptly investigate the issue and assist you.

3. International Orders and Taxes:

Please be aware that taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the destination country's customs authority may destroy the package.
If the package is destroyed due to the client's refusal to pay taxes and duties, Flaxmaker will not be held accountable.

Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for packages that are destroyed due to unpaid taxes and duties.

4. Special Return policy for current sale:

The function to "Free the lowest price item in total 4 items" will be triggered on every time you adding quantity 4 items.

The discount amount equals all free item(s) amount devided by all pieces in your order, and if you want to return any of the promotional item(s), its discount amount of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount of each item(s) that you returned.

    5. Warehouse Locations and Returns:

    We operate two warehouses globally, one in China and one in the United States. You have the flexibility to choose the most convenient warehouse for returns.

    Returns & Exchanges

    At Flaxmaker, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We value your feedback and continuously strive to meet your expectations. We hope you adore your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you've received, please reach out to us within 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

    1.Returns & Exchanges Guidelines:

    • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.
    • All tags, including Flaxmaker's hang tags, must be attached to the merchandise.
    • Products labeled as 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
    • Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, and cosmetic/beauty products, including self-tanners.
    • Customers who paid for shipping during the original order will not be credited the shipping cost upon return. Non-compliant returns may be sent back at an additional cost to the customer.

    2.Return/Exchange Process:

    If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee will depend on the express company chosen.

    If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be required to cover the shipping fee for the return.

    NOTE: Please do not return items to the address on waybill, this is the carriers' warehouse address, not our returning address.

    We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

    Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at help@flaxmaker.com to get a return authorization and return address. 

    Step 2: After receiving your email with Return/Exchange request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

    Step 3: For Refund:

    • We will initiate the refund after receiving the returned items.
    • Please provide us with the return tracking number once you ship the return parcel.
    • For Paypal users: The refunded amount will appear in your bank account in the next few business days.
    • For credit card users: The refunded amount will appear in your bank account in the next 5-10 business days.

    3.Order Cancellation

    • Free Order Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours after purchase.
    • For refunds:
      • For Paypal users: The refunded amount will appear in your bank account in the next few business days.
      • For credit card users: The refunded amount will appear in your bank account in the next 5-10 business days.
